I'll shop there but very disappointed, not set up like the one in Louisviile. No salad or pizza bar, no carmel corn and no coffee bar that's like Starbucks. I hope the one on Carter will have it but I doubt it

As a South Florida native living in KY, growing up with Publix meant Cuban sandwiches, Cuban bread and a array of international items. And this store had everything that reminds me of home. While the prices are a little higher than local but its the taste of home that keeps me coming back to Publix. Very happy with the service I received. I highly recommend the guava pastelitos & Cuban bread in the bakery if you want a taste of Miami.

Really enjoy this store. The lighting is less harsh, making a more relaxing experience. Very happy to be able to get some east coast brands I haven't been able to source since I moved out here. Love the French bread loaf from the bakery. The hot deli food workers were SO helpful and patient, explaining what was available and how it's priced, and offered to weigh out chicken tenders so I could see how much it would be with no obligation (I did end up taking it though!). Only thing I don't love is the checkout area. Very cramped. I like using self checkout and it's very oddly layed out. Looking forward to the opening on the west side closer to my home.

I understand it's the opening week, but the staff at 730am really needs help. An hour to get a sandwich (which the employee had no idea what it was and had to get another employee) then was out of bacon for SAID sandwich and completely disappeared mid sandwich until I just had them wrap it plain. Moved on to deli meat, had a list of things I wanted, but employee (from Haiti) misheard the weight of what I wanted and had to cut more, nobody would help her, EVEN THOUGH the store was EMPTY except for employees. Boar's head employee finally came to help but after AN HOUR, I took what I had and left. I will NEVER return as an hour for deli food when the store is empty is LUDICROUS. I tried to order online beginning 2 days prior up to 730am day of and the app kept telling me they were closed until 7am. As someone who took a 70 mile round trip and is TERMINAL, time is fleeting. The people I was with had already paid and left and was like "OMG you were still at the deli counter? You were the only person there".
